Governs the Homeowners' Association itself: Reserve Areas, assessments, and enforcement of the protective covenants.
Deed of Dedication and Restrictive Covenants (2008)
The original platting document: public streets and easements, and the private building/architectural restrictions for each lot.
Bylaws (2009)
Rules governing how the Association operates, including the Board of Directors and member meetings.
